Buff Gragas - unviable & -playable

Buff Gragas or I'll just int feed 2018 Solo Ranked to drop in bronze and play him there

League is nothing without Gragas for me, I can play other champs better than average players but in high elo it isn't enough I had <50% WR on all of them last year.
