Attempting to reconnect but leaded to LP queue

I am sorry for my English.

I have started playing league of legends recently and have cam across a few problems and these problems are the following:

Recently when I get disconnected from game due to certain issue's , I can't reconnect even though** I can clearly see that the game is attempting to reconnect but it does not reconnect, furthermore I can even hear the sound of the match going on the battle field but there seems to be no action from my side and I am also updated about the kills and who took the tower, who killed who and etc.**

Due to this I have been assessed with low priority queue which has increased from 5 minutes to 10 minutes and now to 20 minutes, please fix this issue as soon as possible, I don't want to be assessed with further low priority queues.
