Fix the god damn jungle already

after making scuttle crab a must have basically re balancing pretty much all the jungle champions for the worst or was riot not thinking how this big change was gonna cause at all? basically yur telling every jungler to fight at lvl 2 so if yur matching up against certain junglers there is no way to win not to mention causing the hugest setback for one of the jungler alot more internal fighting in teams if laners dont help make scuttle as a OPTION not a REQUIREMENT nerf it or something
