Removed rift herald. Turrets are already kind of a joke watching this thing take out my turret in front of my face while getting tower dove and the turret doing nothing is extremely tilting.

Actually to be honest Herald is what made me go on a 3+ month break from this game when I lost a turret in a lane I was heavily winning in with Illaoi.

Or gave a person a buff that makes a person holding it chunk a turret on their next few autos.
