Toxic Matchmaking

Hi, I have been lvling to 30 over the course of 3 months now. I have found myself wanting to quit more times than not and getting really angry at the game nearly every time I play. Upon reviewing my games, I have found out that I am being matched against ranked players, as high as gold, when I am not even lvl 25 yet. I feel this is unfun and is an instant loss. Matchmaking like this, with this amount of skill difference, I would call toxic. It infects my mood and taints me as well. I feel Riot should ban itself for this toxic matchmaking.
