HAHA Same thing here ! Was going on ... was 6 mins and restarted the que and now it's been 3 mins ! They need to fix so many things > q time, matchmaking, hextech looting ... list goes on

1.) Try resetting your queue every 5 minutes.

2.)What role are you playing? Unless your primary role is support/fill, it may be awhile until you get into a game. (Apparently everyone hates support role.)
