Are Custom HUDs still allowed?

I remember custom HUDs being a thing and was thinking about getting one again, Does anyone know if it's still possible to not get banned

They were never "allowed". You used them at your own risk.

Now it's even worse. Riot updated their files and policies, so now you REALLY want to be careful with anything involving game files.

It's fucking stupid, idiotic and annoying, but that Riot Game(s) for you.

They are not currently officially permitted. They never were and were somewhat of a "use at your own risk" deal but Riot's current policy forbids anything that affects the game between when you leave champion select and the victory screen.

No. Here's the rule of thumb; If it's fun for the customer then it's bannable and not allowed ever.
