Ranked loss B/C of DC almost every game.

Ok so I quit playing league for this reason and first game back it happens yet again. My last 3 ranked matches have all been losses all due to DC's on my team (2 DC's in 2 of the 3 games and 1 DC in the 3rd). I feel like Riot isn't doing enough in this category. I dont really care how cool my champ looks in game if i dont have a chance to win the game b/c its 3v5 the whole time. Then to get out and lose 15 LP when i may have played the best game in my life and lost b/c of a buggy client on my teammates PC. I feel the loss prevented terms need to be widened so that less people get screwed over. Im not a high tier player and will never be and thats fine but when i do play i want a fair chance to win. maybe a button after the game that allows the other team to vote on if they won bc of a DC or not. they would keep their LP gain for the win the but team they beat wouldnt lose LP bc they admitted it was b/c of a dc. I think most players would honor this and be honest. Just an idea. Please feel free to post whatever thoughts or additions you might have.

The problem Riot is having now is people taking advantage with it. People could always make one person take the fall and "dc" in an obvious loss for they could get a loss prevented or some other handicap from it. It's hard to balance.

And then there's situations when people literally get bullied out of games--their teammates verbally assault them and trash talk them so much that they feel like they need to get out of it all, so they leave. Happens quite a bit in lower elo (I know from experience, so don't say it doesn't). In this case, those people that lost because of their D/C teammate don't deserve a loss prevented match (or at least, the one who was harassing them doesn't) so this makes me think that there should be a vote for the individual players to get loss prevented, not the whole team.
