PSA: Flex queue needs 30 games to stabilize

To all people who are complaining about bad matchmaking in Flex Queue. Until everyone plays 30 games, MMR is still undetermined for everyone. Once 30 games are played by most people, the match maker will know people's MMR to a good level of certainty. things will get better. just have to ride out the storm.
