Bug: champions not showing up during ban phase

I was doing bans, and searched for mundo, typed in his name, he wasn't there, implying enemy team DID NOT have him

they first pick mundo, what the fuck am i supposed to do here? and worse this is my promo series, I acknowledge that you don't care about balance and you want to let champions like brand, mundo, fiora, soraka run wild, but can i at least fucking ban things?
