Dragon: staying relevant through the game
So I've noticed that oftentimes people don't care about killing the Dragon. They look at how many stacks each team has and go "Oh, it's just extra damage to minions if we kill it again? Meh." Not that everyone should be constantly scrambling for it, but it should feel like a constantly useful resource that ramps up as the game progresses (culminating in the 5th stack power spike). So, a proposal: Keep the buff stacks more or less like they are, maybe with a little tweaking. But also make it so that whenever a team kills the Dragon, all of their minions currently on the map gain Dragon's Roar, a buff that gives them a bonus to movement speed and attack damage, but that is consumed on their first attack. So killing the dragon might give a buff you aren't particularly excited about, but it gives a shove forward of your minions, a burst of speed and strength, but isn't like Nashor's or Harold's as a pushdown tool because they only get one stronger attack each. Maybe even make the attack bonus scale up with how many stacks of Dragon's buff your team has. Obviously workshop it a bit, experiment with the numbers, and so forth, but it just seems like it needs a little something extra, as it's kind of disappointing to see people saying "Don't bother, the 2nd/3rd/whatever stack doesn't matter".
