Am I the only one who thinks these Auerlion Sol nerfs are too much?

Either I've played with the worst Auerlions in the game or the champ isn't that "OP" usually when new champs come out they are super good and they need a nerf cough cough Ekko. But when Sol came out I thought he was completely balanced for a new champ and these nerfs seem a bit too much for him does any one else agree?
