Champion Information in Champion Select

I do like to try out new things in normal draft mode. However sometimes I cannot remember certain abilities of champions that I am new to. It would be nice if Riot could add the feature to click the champion in dynamic Q champion select and bring up their information and give the ability to buy any additional skins, like this was in the original draft mode. Its a small complaint but it would be really helpful.
