With Ornn being released, Can you finally make Rabadon not garbage?

makes me wonder what does it take for riot to make this item decent again?

i do not mind rabadon costing 3800 gold i DO MIND however this item taking 3 slots in my inventory while having over 1000 gold receipe it's almost like riot wants me to rush this item,hahahha what a joke

i guess i will just build morello+liandry+luden+void staff+banshee in every game, and if Ornn is in my team i will just play Lucian mid
