Patch 8.8 Maybe? Constructive Criticism

Ahri buffed to that extent? You planning on releasing another skin? Okay, I'm a kassa main and that's why I'm mad. Ap caster vs anti caster, but ahri fucks him.

Galio is a fricking petricite magic absorbing colossus, but he's supposed to basically build full ap? Guys, your lore and your gameplay should be going hand in hand, or you might as well call your game "the old overwatch" So now if you play him tank where you only get 20% cdr, you can basically forget getting chances to use your ult. Yeah it's supposed to be a game changer, but it fails so hard at that in the early game, far too often. All it takes is a malphite to ult you after you jump in and the fight is turned. If you're gonna nerf it that hard then at least don't make it a dead center drop on your ally, give it some room for play because good lord, you have no allies in solo queqe. It's every man for himself.

Varus.... Lord what have they done with you.... I think 8 champs have built in ap onhit damage: Rammus, kassadin, kai sa, irelia, kog maw, teemo, corki and varus. Varus onhit damage is now successfully the weakest of them all, and you say it's a tradeoff for his "iconic" q getting buffed. Which isn't really that Iconic because it's basically an irelia w without damage reduction where you can move a bit. Now let me tell you why that is bullshit: you could max w 1st on varus and rush botrk guinsoos and runaans, at that point you were a viable adc threat. Even for tanks, because you had 2 abilities that did %health damage, his e and his q if you had the cheekyness to stick around to get stacks on the enemy. Now, you're completely reliant on landing your q, but the cooldown is still so long that you're essentially dealing a lot less damage. If you have the choice between dealing 4% health every 6 to 7 seconds, where one is basically guaranteed because it's aoe, or having to rely on a high cooldown 10% ability where not only do you need to charge, but you also need to hit it to get the proc. On 1 enemy. Runaans allowed you to stack your w 9 times in 3 autoattacks. That's actually 3x4% health in 3 autoattacks, with 2 abilities to proc it. I'm not going to keep blabbering on here, but you basically turned varus from a viable onhit champ into an ashe with an extra skillshot, but without the teamfighting viability he had before, and without the tank shredding possibilities as a tradeoff for a super bullyish laning phase. Basically, you reworked 1 ability and turned varus into a completely different champ. Another champ that where it's become almost pointless to build runaans.

Yeah, graves definitly needed that r buff. 100%. No. Just no. Instead, give him 15 range maybe, or lower his dash cd, not his ult. Graves basically needs to press one button less than every 40 seconds to delete multiple people, if that is the case then nocturnes r should be doing quite a bit more damage.

Janna nerf... What can I say, I never really liked her. "Carry me pls" champ. I'm okay with it. :D

Kai'sa.... My poor daughter. She wasn't half as fucked up as zoe but you're giving her the same treatment, her only buff having been giving her the range of a real adc after release. Her q is already almost useless af once everyone's hit 18, but if you insist on continuing to nerf it then maybe give her w a bit more of an edge. Because seriously, the main reason she is strong is because her passive is an ap vayne w.

I approve of the lissandra buff. I don't play her, but I also haven't been seeing her at all in recent times.

Nautilus... 4 seconds at lvl 1 is overkill. Yes he drags himself in, but so does thresh. And don't forget if he hits terrain, the cd is reduced. Basically just walk up, w aa e aa some more and when you've had enough, just q out every 7 seconds. At lvl 3. It's simply overkill, imagine giving thresh's hook a 14 second cd at level 1, but thresh can rarely use it as an escape and doesn't get reduced cd. Yeah nautilus needs some love, but it's too much.

Ryze nerf is okay.

Same with Sion and Tahm.

Taliyah.... No opinion.

Vi................... Guys. No. Vi is a jungler. And it should stay that way. If you make her viable for top, you're actually making her more viable for mid. Aka, a noskill yasuo ripoff.

Xayah nerf I can agree with, I don't think the base health regen was the problem, the w nerf however should hit the mark.

Seraph... No, it's a good item that didn't need that. Seraph's new build path allowed for alternative builds on many roa champions, including the possibility of building both roa and seraph. I had a lot of success with the kassadin build: seraph, lich bane, morello, mpen boots, rabadon and zhonyas/banshees, rush seraph and sheen.

Guys, you fucked up on irelia. She looks well on paper, that's where it ends. She's fun almost in the same way wukong can be fun as a noobstomper, but her e makes her a bit more challenging. Play her for early game and she stomps then falls off super hard, play her for late and her early is unbearable and you need to rely on your team to 4v5 until you hit 5 items, but then you can practically solo carry. Her midgame is generally so weak in comparison to other champs it's not even worth a mention.

In general I'll give you a 3/10 for this patch simply because a lot of the champs I play and have been playing for quite some time have gotten considerably weaker and a lot of it wasn't that necessary in the 1st place. Varus was in a good spot, but because of the new skin there needed to be an incentive to buy him for players that don't have him. The lore rework turned him from the arrow of revenge to a gay guy with a major multiple personality disorder, and the w rework turned him from a mid to late teamfight beast into another lane bully. Sad, to be honest. In my opinion urgot is the only rework you can pride yourselves on since quite some time, maybe taric too. Ah, maybe make urgot's r less buggy. Darius can pentakill in less than 5 seconds with his ult, has built in sustain and tankyness, yadayada. If urgot is going to be your ranged answer to that, fix it so if the r hits, the enemy champ doesn't glitch to the end of the ult range and then get killed over a timespan of forever, it hits, it sits, it shreds to bits. No glitch in there.

Objectively, it's probably a 4.5/10.

Teemo, because etiquette.
