Hello,

I am a fairly new player. I started playing about a year ago and I have to say that ranking up in this game is seriously flawed. I have been bronze IV for months. I just finished another failed promo.

Game 1 - Udyr jungle. I went 16/9/10 with 314 cs (Most cs on both teams) Got an S and lost Game 2- Urgot jungle, I went 14/5/6 with 241 cs (Most cs on both teams) Got an S- and lost

RESULT*** Failed promo's***

I tried as hard as I could to carry. Ganked constantly. Kept lanes pushed. Had dumpster tier players. Lost my promo's. How can I progress??? Yes players like TfBlade consistently make challenger with high winrate yda yada B.S... I ONLY WANT SILVER. Do I need to be a challenger tier player before I get out of bronze??

I'M very VERY tired of this game matchmaking. i have no idea how they got to this point. ill just stop until they release a patch or something this is unplayable had a ''free'' game tristana on the other side was afk since lvl 4, but my eve started inting saying she didnt care about the game because her account was trashed by the matchmaking anyways... also got a gold 1 jayce in my game, he went 7/15 and blamed us all for ''not taking the hooks for him'' wich we replied.... just dodge em..? this game man....

Thing is, u worry about the games u did well and lost, but dont think about the 3/10 game u won right b4. The trick to climbing isnt to win every game, and just staying consistent and learning from ur mistakes to improve. At the bronze level ur rly being presented with a TON of opportunities to get ahead and carry, uve just got to get better are recognizing them. And also importantly, not dragging out the game. Games become more dice rolly the longer u stretch them out.

No, you don't. You just need to be better.

Not everything is KDA. It's objective damage, vision, and strategic value of what you get. You're fine on the first two of those, but I can't really check the second that well without playing with you.

There's more to it than that, though. In the Urgot game, you had full build, yet you kept going for CS and kills, which you should have been turning over to your team - Some of whom were struggling to complete their third item. As a jungler it's your job to make sure your team does well, not to make sure you do well. You didn't need more gold, you needed to let your Caitlyn get Bloodthirster.

Focus more on helping your team win and you'll win far more.

Amma be honest... having a very different outlook of this recently. Anything low gold and under is actually 1v9able. If you want to get silver, it's truly a you thing. I'd say silver's insane skill gap between players make's it kind of hell to actually climb out of, so maybe it's a stretch to say high silver is 1v9able. But Iron-Low Silver is 100% 1v9able.

I am sorry, but bronze is just a living hell, i luckily escaped from it 2 years ago when i was placed in bronze 1, but bronze4 yeah, It will take a loooong time to escape it

I'm sorry, but nope, just nope. NOPE. NOOOOOOPPPPPPEEEEEE. Absolutely not. Out of my 20 games going from Bronze 2 to Silver 3 after the next game there has only been 1 game where I thought it was actually just impossible to win. My bot lane turbo inted to 27 combined deaths in 18 minutes. See here is the funny thing, you want to win with even skill to the opponent but you don't play good champions. Lets have a look at your games really quick. Yep, even games, if you were on a good jungler you would have most likely won both games. Shame.

Just play AP shyv, you seem to have a good understanding of pathing, she will hard win games 1v5, trust me I know, I've done it. This elo is impeccably easy to get out if you just play semi decently. Or you know, spam Yorick?

61% winrate on yorick with 120 games, if you keep playing that you'll go up. also i think a lane is better to stomp in because that makes the game a 4v5 and guarantees some gold for you and your team, unless you counter jungle all day and fight enemy jungler if your laners still lose without you, there wont be much for you to do.

you could actually try evelynn with her pema invis and her massive mr shred on her charm you could probrably just do whatever you want in iron 1/bronze 4 mmr

what i had to do was duo with someone at least silver so you get a little bit better odds at getting people that know what to do somewhat.now i can get back to silver every season without fail after a few games at beginning of it.was still a grind even doing that.i will tell you that silver is much much worse as far as being coin flip games go.my other buddy who is gold placed silver 3 and i placed bronze 3 why then was he able to hit gold 4 and me bronze 1 in the same amount of duo games played.i called it reverse boosting lol we both get a laugh out of it,but yea the mmr in this game is all screwed up.

Honestly, just duo. I feel like right now, it's currently impossible to solo carry every game, even if you play on a good level. Your teammates are a big factor. TFblade is good, but so are his teamates (mostly) as long as they dont make mistakes, he can hard carry them. 1v5 is VERY difficult... now 2V5 now thats a possibility. Find a Duo, 2v5 every game, it works. I got to gold duo'd with my jungle, Galio mid (in his prime) and Shaco, we just bullied enemy mid, and I roamed with his ganks, we carried ourselves, then the team. [slayer-jinx-wink] Good luck!

You are either like tfblade where you are simply a god compared to every other player or you are a random guy that just plays the game at its best at whatever rank and gets destroyed by how bad the system is. I wouldn't agree that you being bronze is approved since bronze and silver are kinda easy just by knowing the fundementals of the game some basic macro should allow you to run down those fucks. But anything higher is a coin flip. Also judging by the farm and score those games lasted long if you wanna win you gotta end it fast get a lead and spread it to other lanes(which is in other words called snowballing) and even dumpster tier players when ahead could help you get the W.

Look. I'm going to teach you an easy secret to win most of your games (assuming you have a 50% or more winrate). Op.gg your teamates in lobby. If any of them have a 35% winrate or less on that account or champ, dodge. If they are first timing a champ, dodge. If promos, it is a coinflip, but if you have a high winrate due to said method, you will eventually get through. Good luck with climbing dude.

its just a grind, i started silver 2 on my new accoumt, i kept about a 80-90% win rate untill gold 4. and now ive only managed to keep around 55-56% on mid/adc as ezreal and im currently in plat 4. standard considering im diamond player. but there is tons of games that im just like how are they same rank as me, how are they in my game and why is the enemy team lcs players.

You lost one promos. Thats not matchmakings fault. Either you lack the skill to progress, or you need to just play more games. 10 games in ranked is nothing, all that matters is whether or not you consistently win over hundreds of games.
