Riot Make A Master Server

You know? A server with Solo Que and some older items, and items before they were nerfed?

Maybe even a server with less champions even.

I used to play a game called Aion, they made a master server incase people didn't like the new classes, and the last stupid patch they did which destroyed pvp, but none the less, you got to play the original game all over again.
