@Scarizard, About the Naut Changes on PBE

With such a heavy nerf to Naut's W damage on the PBE currently, is there any chance that the damage could be changed from a DoT over 2 seconds to just instant damage? I can only imagine that damage feeling incredibly underwhelming as a DoT now, and it's even more insignificant on champions that are healing between DoT ticks. It'd let Naut players feel like they just have a little more oomph to their W empowered autos, while ultimately doing the same amount of damage.

This would also resolve the long-standing bug with Naut's W interacting with attack speed, where getting more than 1.0 AS (through runes and niche items like Wit's End) was actually detrimental to Nautilus, because you would attack faster than the DoT would tick, and because it was non-stacking you were actually losing out on damage.

For context, here are the current changes to Naut's W on the PBE:

Titan's Wrath (W) shield value scaling increased to 9/11/13/15/17% of his max health from 7/9.5/12/14.5/17%
Titan's Wrath (W) damage reduced to 30/40/50/60/70 from 40/55/70/85/100

He is a tank. It shouldn't matter whether or not he can put out damages. With the cc he brings and now even more with E cooldowns lowered drastically, it won't matter the 30 damage he will lose out on in a teamfight (I'm sure someone will show me a video of someone walking away with 30 or less health, don't be that person.)
