There was a post on reddit a few days ago detailing how you could cast Q and W right after and the W would cast the Q as soon as it landed, however this combo seems to have been removed on the PBE? Why is this? I just spend hours in a custom game figuring out new possibilities using this combo all for it to be removed in the coming patch. Here's the video that was posted on the new combo. I just tried it out on the PBE, and it was removed :/. As a zed main i am crying Q_Q
I'm not sure that's really fair, or intended. Part of Zed's shadows is his zoning potential, and the enemy must be aware of their positioning. It's the tradeoff for his spammable, more long-ranged poke compared to other energy assassins. It's not point-and-click, but it doesn't really fit what Zed seems to do already. Plus it would make laning against him even more frustrating when trying to dodge skillshots.
