nerfing riven
im riven main and nerfing riven is ok but calling 20 sec higher cooldown at rank 1 as a minor nerf is just not acceptable... if other champ gets ult increased by 20 sec at rank 1 he would propably out of game....

Riven will always have 40% cdr. Just patiently wait 20 more secs to rofl stomp ur lane.
her ult timer at rank 1 was nerfed by a large amount once so she couldn't ult, kill, recall, walk back, ult again. All a ult timer nerf at rank 1 is widen her kill opportunities. If they have to do it again then maybe some thing else should be looked at.
Trust me, there could be FAR worse nerfs than this one lol. It won't impact her that heavily tbh... 
got like a 30-35 second increase at rank one a year ago on her ult and she's still playable :D. Just be glad it's nothing worse because I'm sure Rivens gonna get the hammer eventually.
