Can wolves stop making the assist flag?

Request- For smite wolves to no longer make the assist flag when locating a enemy

Why?:As a jungler this has always bugged me, for once in a while your teammates will get confused and go to the wolves to assist you. I do believe wolves should make some type of ping sound when they find a enemy, but I don't believe they should make the assist me flag, it just causes accidental miscommunication. If I want help, believe me riot, I will ask for it.
