Can you upgrade my SS

so.. free trinket refreshes on a timer.. refills when i get back to base.. ....

can you make it so i get a charge back on a kill or assist?

or when i kill a ward... may encourage people to clear wards....

like i basically steal the ward from the enemy and i now have it in my possession to put it where i want.
