2 Changes I want for Urgot

Currently when Urgot activates his W, he gains 40% Slow Resistance (doesn't affect his W Self Slow).

When he uses his W he already by default he get's Slowed to 125 Movement Speed. Most Slows that enemies would use on Urgot (Example 40%) would still Slow him to the maximum lowest Movement Speed Cap of 110, even with the +40% Slow Resistance that he has during his W.

##CHANGE PROPOSITION #1

• Instead of gaining the +40% Slow Resistance when using W, make Urgot gain +40% Tenacity instead. If that sounds too strong make it scale by either Ability Rank or by Level which ever is more reasonable.

##CHANGE PROPOSITION #2 (More of a QQL Buff)

Urgot's W prioritizes target's who are marked by Purge when Urgot hits them with his other abilities such as Q and E.

• Give Urgot a some form of Visual Indicator of which target is marked for Purge because when Urgot is fighting more than one enemy it's sometimes tricky to figure out which target he has marked for Purge.
