My take on a Yasuo fix
NEW PASSIVE: Critical strikes (Or the first attack on a enemy champion with 4 sec CD) grant Yasuo movespeed and reduce the cooldown of his abilities by 1 second.
**NEW W **(Wind shell):Active: Yasuo shields HIMSELF for up to 100 - 510 (based on level) for up to 1.5 second and is granted immunity to damage from all projectiles (will still be affected by crowd controls) attacking increases the duration of this shield by 1.5 more seconds (3 seconds max)
Updated R(Last Breath):15 seconds after last Breath Yasuo has doubled crit chance
This should address the problems that make Yasuo annoying to fight against right? W no longer deletes big ultimates just gives Yasuo immunity to their damage but he still eats the CC they deal, Double crit chanced moved to his ulitmate to decrease Yasuos mid-late game power after IE+PD. Yasuo should not be able to just jump on the carry and crit them down until AFTER he ults now. Yasuo's passive is changed to still be a bit impactful overall and keep Yasuo relevant . After this goes through Yasuo would probably need a few buffs to his AD Growth however to
