Kennen nerfs?

I'm a kennen main and I was just wondering what you all think about these nerfs to him?

Slicing Malestrom (R): Damage decreased to 40/75/110 from 80/145/210 AP Ratio decreased to 20% from 40% Reworked effect: Successive maelstrom hits against the same enemy deal an additional 10% damage for each hit they've already suffered from this storm. Enemies hit for the full duration should take roughly equal or increased damage to before, but initial hit 40% lower.

I think they're fine. They don't hurt good Kennens at all but nerf the bad Kennens that get a suboptimal ult off.

Nah dude they should make the ult aoe bigger than the map and increase the dmg by 500% also make it scale with 5 dmg per 1 ability power and have 1000/3000/5000 base dmg, that sounds fine, also make it true dmg and the cooldown of the ult is 20 seconds at all ranks

I'm a Kennen main with over 400k mastery points, and my problem is that there's enough bullshit in this game to even worry about this and when people finally stop complaining about Kennen they just nerf him regardless. I, as a Kennen main, have to run full magic penetration runes because his ultimate already has shit scalings to begin with. I have to start with Luden's Echo as my first item, so whenever I use my ultimate it always triggers that to make up for the ridiculous damage loss.

We have Katarina, Yasuo, Vayne, Draven, Twitch, and Blitzcrank who are all much bigger problems because they all have the potential to blow up an entire team with just one ability faster than Kennen ever can anymore. However, since they are all in the meta, no one does anything about it because riot doesn't want to lose their daily revenue.
