Give me back my lp's

I just lost two games in a row for a person afk'ing for 15-20 mins of the game. The same person twice in the same game is a little ridiculous there should be a system that if you afk for more then 10-15 mins in a game you should not be able to re-que up like immediately. This dude got 18 reports 10 to 1 odds your system wont ban him. So I lost 32 points from this thanks riot.
