If you don't want to spend RP, you will need to spend a total of 3750 IP (750+750+750+1500) to unlock the following (NOTE: The Disruption Cache isn't available until Aug 9th):

4 Unique Icons (Decrypter, EM Caster, Hyper Edge, Disruption) 3 First Strike Summoner Icon Blueprints that correspond to Project Ashe, Ekko, or Katarina that give you a special Loading Screen Border if forged for that champion. 5 Augment Cache Fragments - Guaranteed one Augment Cache 12 Project Cores The 12 Project Cores could be used to forge a single First Strike Summoner Icon (7 cores) that will get you the special Loading Screen Border for that specific Champion (Ashe, Ekko, Katarina) OR A random old Project Skin (11 cores) from the Disruption Cache (NOT available until Aug 9th)

Does that mean we get a free project skin for crafting all 4 caches (the 4 that uses IP) and some icons and some stuff? PLEASE explain, I really don't understand fully.
