Buff to fiddle stick Drain

So fiddle is in an okay spot but he could use some buffs maybe idk.

Anyways lets look at a bunch of stealing life / healing champions

All of these champions heals are not based on the enemies resists, they scale and heal independently based on their own stats. Fiddle drain is based on the damage it deals and than times 0.8. Maybe fiddle should have another AP ratio for how much he heals while draining.
