The absolute importance of following a shotcaller.

If you do not follow the shotcaller who is responsible for making decisions which lead to the vast majority of kills, assists and objectives on your team, you will lose. Do not assume you are smarter. Chances are, you are not; if you were, you would've been the one to get fed and take the initiative to call objectives.

The reason is simple: in higher elo games, you can't just fucking randomly do your own thing. The enemy team will be working as a unified, coherent machine. Even if they are not, why lower yourself to their level? Instead, work as the coherent machine with the singleminded goal of destroying the enemy Nexus. Nothing else.

Not dragons. Not chasing kills to pad your KDA. Nothing but the Nexus.

This is why dynamic queue will crush solo queue players with 5 stacks. Even if they are not on voice chat, the unified objective and coherent purpose of a 5 stack will absolutely destroy any solo players they encounter because the solo players will simply be unable to respond effectively to the fast rotations and coherent decisions of a 5 stack.
