New Aatrox Buffs....finally

Gee Riot, you are going to make the 2nd half of his dive immune to CC? Thats great, only, before your last big changes to Aatrox, every aatrox main said this was a thing that needed to happen. Why do you take 9 god damn months to take good advice. What, someone at Riot started maining him and was like, "holy crap, his Q is a huge problem!" I mean seriously. You are just NOW implementing a change recommended by every Aatrox main and many others, after having done that stupid change where you made him harder to play? Its unreal the level of incompetence and arrogance you guys display on a regular basis.
