Project:Yi Shard first strike

So got a project yi skin shard via this new box thing and have crafted it onto the shard. Seems like a pretty cool skin and would probably give up stuff life woad scout Quinn and dragonslayer braum to get it. But do you get a border with the skin if I were to craft it now or is that only with these newer project skins like project katarina, ekko and ashe?
