Sound problems again take 2

Hi Im using onboard soundcard from asus maxumix ix rog and it uses realtek soundcard chipset.

I noticed my sound in league of legends became very low compare to other sounds like music and watching youtube, spotify ect. Then i checked the sound settings in windows and it was set to the highest 32 bit 192000 hz

So i tryed to use standart settings and it changes the sound to 24 bit 48000 hz and then the sound in league of legends became higher. I then tryed the 32 bit 48000 hz and it was the same volume like the 24 bit 48000 but as soon i change to a higer or lower HZ rate then the sound gets very low in games like league of legends. Does this even makes sence ?

It might not be a problem but i have no clue what is going with this this hz/bit in lol and want to know if that is right ? Is windows 10 only 16 bit sound ? or what ?

Im not using any loudness equalizer or enhancements under sound options.This is raw sound settings only changed the HZ and bit ?

Can anyone enlight me what is going on ?
