question about dynamic que

I know that we can que up as premade in ranked, but how does it work? most of time I (only a solo que player) I que up with 4 other players, where as the enemy have players from same club, and the result of the game is defeat. so my question is that, are random premade (i.e. players who won a previous game) can have a match up with players who premade from same clubs? if so, I find it less fair. its like a well communicated team against a random players
