Her Win Rate has actually increased on 9.3 because the people who haven't invested the time into learning her properly don't see the value in learning to offset the nerf to her clear health. Specifically nerfing her Jungle to try to force her back into Top Lane seems really weird too considering the fact that Camille Top already had a higher Win Rate than Camille Jungle.

She already only had a 50% presence in pro play on 9.2, and that number is quite inflated by bans.
