I put alot of thought and time into ways to improve/adjust some of my favorite champions. In the end, here is some stuff I came up with. Whether you find the changes to be balanced or not, just know that none of these numbers are necessarily final in my world. It should instead serve as a starting point to fixing these champions.

The list of changes in order are as follows:

Kled - QOL changes to his passive, q and health scaling making him worse earlier in the game but better later.

Aatrox - Simple buffs to help him out as games progress and to help him get through more oppressive lanes

Darius - Giving him some QOL changes to make him more fun to play against while not killing the champion

Mordekaiser - A mini rework that will hopefully give him more gameplay opportunities while also fixing some core problems with his current kit

KLED:

Stats:

  • Health regen increased to 8 (+.75 per level) from 6 (+.75 per level)
  • Kled health increased to 400 (+80 per level from 340 (+70 per level)
  • Skaarl health reduced to 350 (+50 per level) from 400 (+65 per level)

Passive:

  • NEW: Kled now gains 10 - 40% increased attack speed based on level while dismounted.
  • Bonus auto attack range decreased to 100 from 125

Q:

  • REMOVED: No longer grants 60% reduced healing for 5 seconds when yanking an enemy champion
  • NEW: When yanking an enemy, now reduces their armor by (10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 %) for 3 seconds
  • Initial damage changed to 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+75% bonus ad) from 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 (+ 60% bonus ad)
  • Yank damage changed to 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+150% bonus ad) from 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (+120% bonus ad)
  • Dismounted max Pocket Pistol damage changed to 63 / 98 / 133 / 168 / 203 (+150% bonus ad) from 63 / 90 / 117 / 144 / 171 (+144% bonus ad)

W:

  • Base bonus damage changed to (20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80) from (20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60)

AATROX:

Stats:

  • Health Regen increased to 7 (+1 per level) from 3 (+1 per level)

Passive:

  • Healing is now pre mitigation
  • Now has same swing timer as normal basic attacks.

Q:

  • NEW: Now reduces the target’s armor by 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 % for the next 4.5 seconds up to a maximum of 45. Q crits grant twice as much armor penetration per swing

E:

  • NEW: Now grants an additional 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6% healing against champions for 1 second after dashing.

DARIUS:

Stats:

  • Base ad increased to 68 from 64
  • Ad per level increased to 8 from 5

Passive:

  • Bonus ad at 5 stacks lowered to 15 - 115 from 30 - 230
  • New: Now grants 10% increased armor penetration for the duration
  • NEW: Darius’ abilities have enhanced effects

Q:

  • While Noxian Might is active, healing is increased to 20% missing health per enemy hit (Max 55%) from 15% missing health per enemy hit (Max 45%)

W:

  • While Noxian Might is active, this ability will deal 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% of its damage as true damage

E:

  • While Noxian Might is active, the cooldown of this ability is decreased by 1 second upon hitting an enemy with a basic attack or the edge of Decimate

MORDEKAISER

NEW passive - Indestructible:

  • Mordekaiser stores 15% damage dealt and 30% damage taken as a potential shield. When Mordekaiser drops below 40% hp, he gains this value as a shield for 5 seconds, after which he will heal for 35% of its remaining value.
  • Cooldown: 100 - 20 seconds

Q:

  • Cooldown changed to 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5 / 7 seconds from 9 / 7.75 / 6.5 / 5.25 / 4 seconds
  • Cast Time: Increased to 1 second from .5 seconds
  • Range: Increased to 900 from 625
  • Width: Increased to 280 from 160
  • Damage: Changed to 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+100% ap) from 75 / 95 / 115 / 135 / 155 (+60% ap)
  • No longer deals 40% increased damage to single targets
  • NEW: Enemies within the first 300 meters of the ability are stunned for 1 second

NEW W - Darkness Rise:

  • Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 seconds
  • NEW PASSIVE: Mordekaiser deals 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+20% ap) bonus magic damage on basic attacks
  • Mordekaiser surrounds himself in a storm of spectral metal, dealing 6 / 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 (+50% ap)(+2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6% target’s max hp) per second for 5 seconds. Mordekaiser also heals for 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% of the damage dealt. The radius of the ability will also double over the duration.
  • Radius: 300 - 600

E:

  • No longer grants passive armor penetration
  • NEW: Enemies who are pulled will have their magic resistance lowered by 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25% for 3 seconds

R:

  • No longer steals stats from the banished enemy
  • NEW: Now gains 10% of his bonus health and ap as additional health and ap while in the death realm.
  • NEW: Upon killing a target in the death realm, Mordekaiser consumes their soul, gaining a specter that resembles the initial target. This clone will deal 10 / 20 / 30 (+20% ap) per basic attack (doubled if the clone is melee) and will have the same health pool as they did when they were killed. This specter lasts for 80 / 100 / 120 seconds
  • NEW: Upon using your W, the soul will recieve a smaller version of your W. Mordekaiser and the clone gain 4 / 6 / 8% movement speed when moving towards one another while his W is active. Radius: 200 Damage: 10 / 15 / 20 (+20% ap)(+2 / 4 / 6% target’s max hp) per second

That mordekaiser rework... it's beautiful, although if I could be honest I think it would be more interactive if the passive would only store damage morde deals, and whenever he fully fills the resource bar he gains the shield for 5 seconds, during those 5 seconds (regardless of when the shield breaks) morde's bar cannot be filled. The bar decays much quicker if out of combat. And no healing really, because the new W already does that pretty well

No more true damage, please. His AD steroid is enough on top of the ridiculous amount of true damage on his ult. Don't need him to be even more of a tank buster than he already is.
