Ranked Issue

I was just forced to dodge a game because the client did not let me view champions during ban phase. Ergo, I could not ban and thus auto dodged... RIOT, I just got a free loss in one of my placement games do to this. Help please? Im probably gonna have to wait in a low priority Queue as well?
