Bard Minuscule Rework/Buff²

Subject: This thread/article is supposed to overlay the context of what I think what Bard can improve on. I hope you can comply to agree that Bard is far more complex than he needs to be. That is why maybe

What he is: Unplayable As many of you know Bard is the single most unplayable champion in league. Now I'm not saying that because I can't play him, I'm saying that because of statistic and mechanics. "Oh did you here the new meta for Bard?" said bronze V duo. This guy can't be deciphered. His early health is less than a politician with hepatitis. His armor scaling is that of a miscarried zygote. And he is really a troll pick.

How he's played: BRONZE V PRO STYLE BROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Bard is played as support/jungler/mid/squishyfish/topaide/aids/unbornfetus/milkycinnabom/that one guy from The Addam's Family/aphromoo's white side/ and finally chen & janus meta mancer. His theme is pretty well fit together with some unfinished mechanics (i will get to that later) and overall a pretty good lore. But the way people see him is as alarming as a stereotypical political party in Iraq. The gameplay that everyone can almost understand is pretty unique. But when you have all these people trying to figure out how to even build him, that's definitely a problem.

Main Problem: Squishy and Shy What I think every is worried about is his late game is. Hes the squishiest support. His armor scaling is a cancer-feeding tumor. Everyone is still scared of getting his health plate. Anyone can enter his portal and anyone can get stunned by his ultimate. I mean their has to be some kind of line to be drawn. And there is no way that anyone has ever gotten over 13 assists with Bard. (exaggeration)

Solution: If we can get his starting health and armor scaling increased that would be terrific! When's the last time you've heard a Bard go tank? Yeah, none. Maybe a slight bit of damage scaling. Abilities: Magical Journey is the far most useful ability on Bard, and could be far more useful and compatible with. My opinion is that we Bard players should be able to close the portal after some time or so. (2.6 seconds the least) So it can be easier to escape and roam. And his ultimate; Everyone's favorite troll cage! My opinion again, that we should be able to close it on command, and please increase the duration after you increase the level. It makes me so happy to see that dirty trying to escape, but after I cast it and everyone is in the vicinity... every single enemy teammate comes flying in there with tier 3 boots and immediately heals him 15 times within a second. I mean at least I shouldn't have to wait for 30,000 years for it to wear off. Bard can be something that has never became.
