Assassin Class

Assassin class never can work correctly in you game. Because all heroes are like assassins in LOL. Use combo -> get kill. Sometimes its slower (Amumu), sometimes quicker (Burst mage like Veigar etc.). But you cannot make qiucker combo and dont destroy flow of game. And another problem are items. Items which you made for tanks are very often used by carries or fighter chars. Like Duskblade , that is not very good designed tool. And there is still ,.

Ad Carry heroes cannot have same items like assassins. They are not same classes. And many of carries are unbalanced with this items. Like Fortune and her passive, Jhin and his 4 shoots etc. (See above )

Maybe you can make for assassin same thing like you made for junglers and . Items based on new SS, which you make for Assassins.

A little balance, nevern can hurt...
