An idea for the game

So, this game has peaked...and let's be honest, its losing popularity rather fast, why? let me give you my explanation... First of all, the game is too frustrating, people take the game too seriously because "It's an e-sport" fine...but does that really mean you have to call me a piece of human garbage, or a handicapped monkey with down syndrome??? not much we can do here unless we say...remove chat Secondly, the forced meta because "it's an e-sport" kinda kills of funny/interesting builds, and even to a lesser degree fun champions, you generally can't get away with playing something fun like AP Rengar or Crittlesticks and to a lesser degree, some classes are even dying out because the meta champs are just too strong along with armor and mr, now this is what I want to address, so my idea here is too completely remove the current armor and mr, now your probably thinking, "wow this guys fucking retarded", and i don't blame you, this sounds stupid at first, but here me out, so new stats will be added, Physical toughness, and magical toughness, now what do these do? well here's how it works, these stats give you a shield that blocks the damage from these types based on your max health, so the idea here is say a tank has 2000 health, and 10% physical toughness, so he now has a 200 point shield that will block physical damage, so heres an example Dead man's plate now gives 450 health 15% physical toughness but your thinking, all this will do is make tanks soft and squishy, and make armor pen useless, its a stupid idea, no, what this will do is now whatever your ability says it will do it will do it (say my Q does 500 dmg, it will do 500 dmg) BUT, im not leaving tanks out in the cold here, another new stat, physical and magical block, now what do these stats do? well, block will reduce damage taken while your shield is up of the set type, so say, i have 2000 health, 10% toughness, and 20% block, so for the 200 physical toughness shield, i take 20% reduced damage then once my shield goes down im now vulnerable to further damage at full effectiveness, so why would i suggest this? well first of all, we lose the dimishing effects of stacking armor and mr, meaning tanks won't stop scaling like they do rn with defensive stats, but additionally, an adc cant build tabi and GA and become tank supreme off those as while they will have like....20% toughness, it will not be as effective on someone with 2k health then it will be on a tank... Now you understand what im talking about, but your probably thinking, well how does pen fit into this? well, pen now increases damage vs shields, and has 50% effectiveness against un-shielded targets so lets say, youmuus now gives 10% pen, this means your damage against a target with a shield is increased by 10%, but once their shield drops its only a 5% increase in damage vs them, so how does Black cleaver fit in? well BC can be reworked to give a considerable amount of pen, (say 30% pen) and LW? fuck that item, we won't need it anymore, additionally block vs pen, if i have 10% pen vs 15% block, im dealing 5% reduced damage, but once the shield drops, its 5% increased damage with no mitigation from block Give me your overall thoughts, took me few days to think this up Also, Crit reduced to 150% base, down for 200%
