If you're forcing to play with a premades, then give me tools to find team and manage it

Board sucks. I was captain of 5 teams and was member of like 15. Random guys adding you. They don't know anything about you, you know nothing about them. I still have like 100 friends - added most of them to play together. And I can't organize them in lists - with roles, champions, tiers etc. WoW has great tools for work with raids, guilds - why don't you make same thing?
