Passive - Any over-healing beyond full HP from Vlad's own abilities or Spell Vamp is converted into extra HP up to a maximum of 56 additional HP per lvl (1000 @ lvl 18). Since Vlad is made of blood his size increase or decreases as his current HP does (Not maximum). Extra HP from Passive lost upon death.

E. - Same, no change.

W - Vlad instantly turns into an non-target-able blood spout flying through the air for .5s and landing into a pool for 1.5s. Range 600. Slow increased to 60%

E. - Needles instantly jut out from Vlad's body into all enemies in range making him look like a pincushion. All enemies hit are stunned for the same 0.25s that it takes Vlad to cast this ability. Then the needles retract.

R - Same but any enemy that dies from, or while Inflicted with Hemoplague "pops" into a splat of blood that Recasts Hemoplague onto all enemies within 175 range. (Same cast circle but originating from the dead character.)

AP ratio's on abilities will need re-balancing due to passive change.

I don't think Vlad really needs a rework right now. He is pretty strong in both top and mid, but not OMG OP like some other champions.

idk if this is the way to go for a rework on him but its definately way more interesting then a lot of other ideas ive seen
