Who gets first blood if you kill each other at the exact same time?
Theoretically if two people were playing the same champ with the same items and runes and they auto attacked each other to death who would get first blood?

If I had to hazard a guess, I would say whomever started their autoattack first. However, if EVERYTHING is exactly the same. I'd say it'd probably be RNG.
Whoever has the better Ping. Usually if you're Ping is higher you get animation delay which mean everything you do will have delay even in Shooting out Skills shot, AA, Warding etc

Sometime you see Champion death portrait before they even die because the game has indicated that they had die, and when this happen you aren't allow to change that future anymore, you can't use flash or try to survive because the game has indicate that you die. Meaning if the enemy ignited you and the game just said you are dead, the ignite will over tick and kill you
