Dodging games

Im tired of comps like:

from now im just going to dodge. I know people on the boards say the game is not decided in pre game lobby, but quiet often it feels like it. Teams like this are just really hard to beat and i can save my MMR, elo, and time just by dodging these hard games. Imo its just not worth the risk.
