New Champion Select Suggestion on viewing.

Can you guys make it, where you can see all the champions even when its not your turn to pick like a drop down menu how you do the skins. It is extremely annoying some times trying to pick champions in only 30 seconds in the new scroll menu. This makes counter picking and thinking of strategy a lot harder to do cause how fast you have to pick when its your turn instead of being able to see champions and think hey x would be great here vs x enemy champion. Not being able to see every champion for delayed periods of time makes people forget about certain ones.
