With Jhin coming out soon, clearly being the better sniper, could we give something to poor Cait? Just something like higher ult range or giving it the ability to crit at a slightly reduced crit damage? Eh?

Caitlyn's AA range is significantly longer than Jhin's, who has the same AA range as Vayne.
Jhin only has huge range on his W (which doesn't do much damage on his own), and his ult.
