Pinging Shyvana's Ultimate

As it is now, Shyvana's ult can only be pinged while it's available for use. This creates a small hassle for the player, as the only way to ping her ult in terms of a cooldown is by pinging her fury. This results in a very abstract cooldown timer, a percentage that means nothing to the player that doesn't know Shyvana's fury generation. I wanted to bring this to light in the hopes that some form of cooldown ping could be added while her ultimate is down, since not factoring in fury generation from auto attacks her cooldown timer is quite simple (100/67/50 at each rank).
