can you please communicate in champ select? i shouldnt have to wait until 1 minute in to know whether or not you want to first pick me or what champ you want really cancer

Well if they don't answer the question about first picking your champion, the answer is no and you can declare champion intent so not necessary to type for that either. Or they could be waiting to see what enemy picks to decide what champion to play. There's really no need to talk to much in champ select unless people are looking to swap roles.
god forbid people try to communicate in a game that relies on teamwork and communication..
