Can somebody please make a ADC Guide

I know there are a lot of people trying to play ADC this patch. I just cant stand the fact that my ADC on average is doing the least amount of damage almost every game. I'm not a pro by any means so I wont act like it. Please somebody help coach these new guys. When supports do more damage we have a problem when support doesn't even build damage.
