Fix ranked

Elo hell is real and it's very VERY VERY VERY nearly impossible to climb out. No matter how much i try, no matter how well i do, no matter how i try to organize our team to work together, it's impossible. They feed like crazy, they won't listen, they don't ping, ward, mia, rotate, focus objectives....NOTHING. Seriously that's unacceptable..this is RANKED. for the people that want to compete at the highest level in their skill zone. I'm on like a 7 game ranked losing streak and literally every time it's because of my team that we lost.

Say what you will, that i'm full of myself or blah blah blah, but you're not in the games, you don't know how many pings and messages i'm sending trying to get our team to cooperate with eachother. Telling them to group on baron. Telling them not to fight because the other team has a better teamfight, telling them to focus the biggest threat on the enemy team. And to top it all off, i'm always doing the best on the team....ALWAYS. Can't i just once have a game where i'm not required to be the best on the team to even have a chance at victory??? The people i'm playing with are not the same skill level as me, stop allowing 1 tier lower and higher to be in the same games, because i seem to only get the lower tiers...It's unfair and straight up annoying.
