QSS change easily the most broken thing on this patch

How do you counter play a zed if you don't build hourglass? If you're a tank top laner, how do you counter play trundle? If you're any kind of a carry, how do you counter play a flash skarner ult? One of my favorite champions was completely gutted and I'm not even talking about that right now because this QSS change is stupider by far. It's one thing to completely ruin a champion that's already making a good amount of appearances in competitive, but to remove counter play from so many things is just not okay. This is the mid lane equivalent of removing zhonyas from the game.
